What is a traditional herbal consultation? An herbal consultation will involve a full discussion of your chief complaint, any other relevant health issues, concerns, or ailments. We can also discuss any mental health issues you're struggling with or ways you are wanting to bring more balance into your body, health, and life, with the support of the herbs. We will review your current medications, supplements and an overall medical history. After that, we will then drop into having some conversations around your patternings, lifestyle habits, relationships, and work life. This helps me have a more holistic understanding of who you are and your entire body system. The body is an interconnected organism, nothing exists independently. By getting to know you more deeply, I am able to fully assess what herbs would connect best with what you're needing support with. You will then receive your herbal protocol, within 48 hours after our call.
